In this sense, all exchanges and returns resulting from purchases using a discount (promotional code or discount voucher) will be based on the final invoiced amount and not the actual value of the items in the order.
Regarding exchanges made after the end of the campaign, only the discount will be maintained for exchanges for another size (within the same reference). Promotional campaigns carried out at Urban Project follow the general rules of stock availability.

For exchanges or returns, we offer a period of 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been used and is in the same condition as when purchased.
