  • How to create an Urban Project account?

    Creating an account on the Urban Project website is very simple. Some essential personal data will be requested in order to streamline the purchase process.

    Just click on the button in the upper right corner of the website, under the option "Sign in / Register".
    Fill in with your email in the option "Create Customer Account?", click on "Continue" and fulfill all the requirements.
    At the end, just click "Finish".

    After clicking on finish, you will be taken to your personal account, where you will have access to your profile and will be able to edit your personal data, you will be able to consult your address book, order history, returns/exchanges, stock alerts, discounts, notifications, cookies and even delete your account.

    Confirmation of the creation of your account is finalized by sending an email from Urban Project.

  • I forgot my password, how should I proceed?

    If you have forgotten your password, simply request a new one in the customer area “Already our customer?”, and you must click on the option “Forgot password?”. Just follow the steps and you will receive an email with the new password.
  • How do I delete my customer account?

    Through the Urban Project client account you can make online purchases in a simple and easy way.

    However, if you want to delete your account just enter the client area and delete it. If you have any questions or any difficulties you can contact us.

  • How to change the customer account data?

    Just access the Client Area and change the fields you want. All fields present are editable.

  • What payment methods can I use when making an online purchase at Urban Project?

    All of our payment methods are safe and reliable, and we guarantee that your purchase is guaranteed with the utmost secrecy and privacy.

    You can pay using three means: ATM referencePaypal or Credit Card.

  • How can I find out the shipping status of an order?

    In your "Client Area" in the "Orders" option you will find a list of your orders placed on our online store.
  • What is the difference between shipping address and billing address?

    The shipping address is the address where you want to receive your order.

    The billing address is the address that will appear on your order invoice. The name of the invoice holder must match the name of the taxpayer number you specify.

    At any time, you can consult or edit the billing address, which can be the same as the shipping address.

    If you wish to return* or exchange* the item(s), you will have to start the exchange/return process in your client area and send the item(s) to our head office address - Rua Comandante Luís Pinto da Silva, nº 279 - 4830-535 Póvoa de Lanhoso, and you have up to 30 days to do so.

    Once we receive your order and if the item(s) is (are) in perfect condition (with packaging and label), we will return the item(s) or exchange it (them) within 14 days after receipt.

    *We do not exchange or return items such as: perfumes, bathing suits, underwear and socks.
